Police and Public Safety Evaluations

WHAT ARE PUBLIC SAFETY EVALUATIONS?

Public Safety evaluations determine an individual's psychological suitability or fitness to perform the duties of the job safely and effectively. Pre-employment Evaluations determine an applicant's psychological suitability for hire. Fitness for Duty Evaluations determine an individual's ability to perform the duties of their position after they have already been hired. Typically, Fitness for Duty Evaluations are conducted in situations where their is concern that may be impacting job function.

Dr. Rafanello offers a comprehensive array of evaluations including, but not limited to, Pre-Employment Police and Public Safety Evaluations as well as Fitness for Duty Evaluations. She is a Police Psychologist for several departments in New Jersey and is the PBA preferred expert.
